About the event
In 2024 we have two exciting Mexican Tours planned, this training tour in April and our marquee competition event in June. Kicking off in April is our inaugural training tour in Mexico City where selected riders will have the opportunity to hone their flatwork and jumping skills with international Grand Prix riders at a world class venue. Age criteria: Any Experience level: Any About the tour: Kicking off in April is our inaugural training tour in Mexico City where selected riders will have the opportunity to hone their flatwork and jumping skills with international Grand Prix riders at a world class venue. In between training, riders and spectators will have the opportunity to hone their Español whilst exploring the sights of this vibrant city, including the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacan and more! Tour attendees will also have the chance to witness the third stage of the Longines Global Champions Tour, taking place at the stunning venue of Campo Marte in the heart of Mexico City which previously hosted Olympic Games Dressage and individual Showjumping events. At over 2000m above sea level, it is one of the most spectacular events on the LGCT circuit, extending the footprint of the Championship in the Americas. The Chef d'Equipe, will assist the selected riders throughout the trip, as well as providing administrative support with flights, accommodation and tour logistics prior to the event. Rider cost:
- USD $6000-$7000
- Price estimate excludes flights and travel insurance and includes, accommodation, daily breakfast, training, horse lease, transport, stabling, horse insurance, branded GAT merchandise, groom, airport transfers, entry to LGCT Mexico City plus accompanying Chef d'equipe
- This cost is based on charges and exchange rates and is an estimate only
Spectator/Supporter cost:
- USD $2500-$3500
- Price estimate excludes flights and travel insurance and includes, includes, accommodation, daily breakfast, transport, branded GAT merchandise, airport transfers, entry to LGCT Mexico City plus accompanying Chef d'equipe
- This cost is based on current charges and exchange rates and is an estimate only
Terms and conditions:
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- A full list of tour terms and conditions can be provided on request, this will form part of your pre travel documentation to be signed prior to departure
